A. YES!!! No matter what kind of Cake Design/flavour/size/shape you want we will try out best to meet your requirements, just get in touch and ask!
Q. How much are your Cakes?
A. We offer a tailor made service meeting specific requirements to each customer, therefore each Cake is priced individually depending on size, flavour and complexity of Design. However we do cater for all budgets so get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Q. How do I order a Cake?
A. To start the order process, please send an email to info@kshcakedesign.co.uk or call us on 07525 945 930 or 01228 537266 with the following information:
- the date of your event
- the occasion/nature of your event (wedding, birthday, etc)
- the event location, delivery address, and delivery time
- how many people you will need to cater for
- your daytime phone number
- your email address
- an idea of what kind of Cake Design you are looking for
- We ask for as much preperation time as possible in order to create the perfect Cake for your occasion so therefore ask you to book well in advance, however we will be happy to help out with last minute orders too!
Q. What is your payment policy?
A. We require a 25% non-refundable booking fee with all our Cakes, the remainder of the balance is payable upon delivery
Q. Do you deliver the Cake?
A. Yes, we offer a free delivery service in the Carlisle area.
Q. What occasions do you cater for?
A. We cater for ALL occasions big or small, including corporate events, weddings, birthdays, christenings, naming ceremonies, anniversaries, retirements, graduations etc
